We use as………as or not as….as to say that two things are not the same .

I´m as tall as my mum . ( Soy tan alta como mi madre )
I´m not as tall as my dad . ( No soy tan alta como mi padre )


We use too … to show something is excessive , but , we use not ….. enough to show something is insufficient .

I´m too young to drive . ( Soy demasiado joven para conducir )
I´m not old enough to drive.
